Upon design draft confirmation production times in 3-5 working days plus shipping times:
West Malaysia (6 – 8 working days)
RM8 – Poslaju
RM10 – Gdex
East Malaysia (8 – 20 working days)
RM15 – Poslaju
RM18 – J&T
Please expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion periods. All shipping times are estimates based on information provided by courier company and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that, for international deliveries, packages may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issues, which are beyond our control.
You may check your tracking number by log into our website or whatsapp / FB Messenger to check your tracking number from shop assistance.

We do not accept any order cancellations upon order confirmed. ALL items CAN NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged upon design confirmation by buyer. Unless items arrive damaged, defective or wrong item sent, exchanges are acceptable. Please contact us within 24hours upon receipt of your item.
